**Clinic Review** I absolutely love this clinic! The customer service is **amazing**, and they truly make you feel like family from the moment you walk through the door. They always have appointments available that work with my schedule, and when I come in for my GLP-1 treatment, the wait time is usually very short. I cannot recommend Linsey enough. She is truly incredible at what she does—not just with Botox and lip filler (which always turn out amazing), but especially with her knowledge and use of peptides. Before I left for Florida, I could barely lift my leg. I was relying on a brace and honestly felt really discouraged about my progress. Fast forward to now—I’m walking without my brace, able to fully lift my leg, and can bend it to 90°. Especially without PT currently due to me just moving down to Florida, I was really worried my progress would stall. I’m still doing the exercises that were given to me, but I’m not actively being seen by a physical therapist right now—and despite that, I’ve continued to improve. Because of Linsey and the peptides she recommended, I’ve seen the most amazing results. I genuinely didn’t expect progress like this, especially without active PT. She’s knowledgeable, caring, and clearly passionate about helping her clients feel and function better. She’s not just an amazing woman—she’s also an amazing friend to our family, and that means so much to me. If you’re considering seeing her—do it. I’m 3 months into FHL’s GLP-1 program, I’ve lost 40lbs so far and I’m getting back to being my happy, funky, crazy self again. I had gained 80lbs+ of depression weight in the past 4 years and totally lost myself. I couldn’t be happier with the support I’ve received here, especially from Judy!! She’s the sweetest and deserves more credit honestly. I walked into my latest weigh-in and she immediately went “you’re getting so tiny!” I felt so incredibly validated, especially because she could tell despite the minuscule amount of time I’ve seen her. Hi all, so as we know for men and their testosterone levels they decrease with age. Where at the age of 20 you’re around you peak levels but unfortunately by the time you hit your 40s you notice a decline in those levels. So I came to clinic to see what I can do to get those levels back up. Melissa sat me down and we went over the HRT program. We also did some blood drawing to see where my levels were at prior to me starting a dosage and as expected they were with the average range of a typical 40 year old body. So I started the program and with in 6 weeks I came back to clinic and did new blood work to show where those levels were at, and they were proven to be higher than the average levels of a 20 year old. Everytime I walk in staff is smiling and friendly but most importantly looking to improve mens and women’s health with knowledge staff and different programs to choose from. Not to mention if you open to not just feeling young but looking young they also have skin and other cosmetic treatments you can do as well. Thank you FHL

I recently visited Healthy Forward Lifestyles for Botox, and I had an amazing experience. Lindsay, the practitioner, was incredibly gentle with the needle, which made the whole process so much more comfortable than I had anticipated. It didn’t hurt nearly as much as I thought it would, and I appreciated how she took the time to make sure I was at ease throughout the procedure. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and Lindsay's professionalism really stood out. I’ll definitely be returning for future treatments—highly recommend!

Omg I went to FHL for an initial Consult with Judy. I went back for a Korean Glass Facial and Judy took good care of me and my skin and is so knowledgeable. I asked lots of questions. She is the best . The environment overall is wonderful and front line staff is also kind and friendly. If I could give10 stars, I would. Also the day after the Facial.OMG my make-up looked flawless. I kept looking at myself in the mirror. I will definitely be going back!!!

Forward Healthy Lifestyles (FHL) has changed my life for the better. I am 40yrs old and been using FHL for my supplementation for nearly a decade. Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) has been a game changer! After hitting 30 I began to feel the effects of getting older and the natural decline in testosterone. I was a biscuit away from 300lbs and didn’t have the energy of my youth that I once had. Not only did I not feel physically good, but my family suffered from my lack of motivation. “I rarely post before and after photos of myself because, to be honest, I feel embarrassed. I never noticed the change in me until my cousin pointed it out to me herself. I wanted to be transparent this time and be the ‘motivational post’ I have always read somewhere online. My whole life I was never the small, petite girl, I was always the biggest version of myself 24/7. It wasn’t until I learned that I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and possibly PCOS; two of the things that can definitely hinder you from doing all you can to lose weight, plus more.
