Melissa is the Clinic Coordinator at Forward Healthy Lifestyles, bringing more than 15 years of healthcare experience to her role. She ensures our Germantown and Shorewood clinics run seamlessly, from front desk to back office, so every patient receives smooth, personalized care.

With a background spanning orthopedics, rehabilitation, memory care, behavioral health, and disability services, Melissa combines organization, compassion, and expertise to support both our team and our patients. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and two daughters.
