When we say we believe in our solutions, we mean it. Our incredible Michele recently opened up about her weight loss journey in order to help others feel confident and proud about their own journeys.

“I rarely post before and after photos of myself because, to be honest, I feel embarrassed. I never noticed the change in me until my cousin pointed it out to me herself. I wanted to be transparent this time and be the ‘motivational post’ I have always read somewhere online. My whole life I was never the small, petite girl, I was always the biggest version of myself 24/7. It wasn’t until I learned that I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and possibly PCOS; two of the things that can definitely hinder you from doing all you can to lose weight, plus more. My cholesterol was also extremely high (my father and his side of the family has a history of cardiac artery disease).

I was always bloated, fatigued, an insomniac, obese, depressed and stressed. Not a single diet or weight loss supplement could move off this weight.

All of these symptoms started to take a toll on my body as I am aging. Time progresses and I decided that I will no longer be ‘fat and lazy with excuses’ and instead I would take control of my life and health.

Not only has this aided me in losing weight, but this has also helped optimize my cholesterol levels, improved my gut health, I am no longer fatigued, and I can now enjoy my entire day with more energy. My stress levels have decreased, and I’ve regained my confidence. Honestly, I feel freaking great! I’ve lost a total of 21lbs so far and am more motivated than ever to reach my goals.
