Gao Thao is a dedicated patient care coordinator who oversees the Hormone Replacement Therapy program at our Shorewood location. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare, including over eight years working alongside Dr. Stula at LifeSteps Health & Wellness, Gao is known for making every patient’s experience seamless and supportive.
From assisting with procedures to guiding patients through prescriptions and insurance, Gao ensures each step of care is handled with compassion and detail. Outside of work, she enjoys family time with her three boys and unwinding with reality TV and documentaries.
