Jenny is a trained surgical technologist and certified Integrative Health Coach who helps lead the Hormone Replacement Therapy program at Forward Healthy Lifestyles. After overcoming her own health challenges through integrative lifestyle changes, Jenny dedicated her career to supporting patients on their wellness journeys.

She’s passionate about helping people finally feel like themselves again and brings both personal insight and professional expertise to every patient she supports. Outside of the clinic, Jenny enjoys walking, reading, gardening, and spending time with her family and two beloved dogs.

Her health tip: “Get your gut health in check. An unhealthy gut can cause so many health issues that you might not even realize are stemming from poor gut health.”
