How to Prepare for a Kybella Treatment
This non-surgical treatment requires minimal preparation. Patients will be asked to:
- Schedule your procedure(s) with sufficient time between major events and activities
- Wash your face thoroughly prior to your appointment
- Avoid use of acetaminophen or ibuprofen. These medications can contribute to bruising following treatment
- Discuss your treatment with your physician and provide your full medical history to your Forward Medi Spa provider, including any previous cosmetic procedures you have had on your face or neck area.
If you are pregnant or nursing, please alert your provider prior to scheduling a Kybella treatment.
