- Go shopping! What can you use your $25 for? Almost anything! You can use the credit toward a future aesthetic/cosmetic procedure, a weight loss package, skincare products, and more. The only exclusion is application toward a monthly HRT program fee.

What if I refer more than one client?
You can receive $25 for every individual client that books a service or treatment with us. Purchase of a skincare product does not constitute a service or treatment.
What if they don’t schedule?
While we still appreciate you sending them our way, you will only receive the $25 in your account should they complete a service or treatment with us.
How do you track my bonus?
This will be automatically reflected in your account. No holding onto gift cards or flyers, just reference your referral bonus and we will be able to see it in your chart!
What can I use the money for?
Any product, service or treatment currently available at Forward Healthy Lifestyles. This cannot be applied to monthly HRT program fees.
When does it expire?
Never! While we always love seeing our clients on a regular basis, if something is keeping you from coming in, we will keep track of your bonus on your account and you can apply it whenever we have the pleasure of seeing you again!
